This year’s Long Course is the Championship Course
Half the distance, but still stacked with winter adventure!
MEMBERSHIPS
In order to qualify for a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS JERSEY, you must have a FULL AUSCYCLING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. A day licence will not be suffice.
If not planning to fight it out for the green and gold, you will require a current Aus Cycling licence to participate in this event.
AusCycling MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
A "RACE OFF ROAD" licence is the minimum required for our event, it will allow you to race any Aus Cycling affiliated MTB, Gravel, CX or BMX event.
A “RACE ALL DISCIPLINES" Licence is definitely suitable for our event. It will allow you to race all of the above plus ROAD CYCLING EVENTS
“RACE REGIONAL” - "LIFESTYLE" or "NON RIDING" memberships are not suitable for this event :(
DAY LICENCES - These are available but not recommended as the level of cover compared to an annual membership is significantly less.

All long course categories will be NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP categories except SS and Tandem.
ELITE
U19 (70KM Shortened Course - Ringarooma Start)
OPEN (19-29)
MASTERS - 5 Year Age Groups
Single Speed (Non Championship Category)
Tandem (Non Championship Category)
SHORT COURSE
All categories non championship categories except Para and U17.
Para (Championship Category)
U17 (15-16 - Championship Category)

REFUND POLICY
We work hard to provide the best experience possible for our competitors. Just like riding a bike, there is a risk involved with entering events. Please find below our refund policy which is very reasonable compared to most events.
Greater than 14 days notice
Transfer 100% of entry fee toward future event
Refund 80% of entry fee
7 - 14 days notice
Transfer 80% of entry fee towards future event
Refund 60% of entry fee
Less than 7 days notice
No refund available
Event Cancelation
If an act of god or event beyond our control should force us to cancel an event, such as but not limited too, a forecast of over 100mm of rain, just for a random example, we will do our very best to reschedule the event. If this is not possible then 100% of entry fee's will be eligible to be credited to our next event or we can offer a 60% refund if this is preferred. Please appreciate that if an event does not go ahead there are still expenses that need to be covered and many many many hours of organising to be accounted for.
