It’s no qualifier and falf the distance, but still stacked with chilly adventure!
MEMBERSHIPS
Should you qualify for the 2025 UCI Gravel World Championships, you must have a FULL AUSCYCLING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. A day licence will not suffice to claim your place at Gravel Worlds.
AusCycling MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
A "RACE OFF ROAD" licence is the minimum required for our event, it will allow you to race any AusCycling affiliated MTB, Gravel, CX or BMX event.
A “RACE ALL DISCIPLINES" Licence is definitely suitable for our event. It will allow you to race all of the above plus ROAD CYCLING EVENTS
“RACE REGIONAL” - "LIFESTYLE" or "NON RIDING" memberships are not suitable for this event.
DAY LICENCES - These are available. Please check you are happy with the level of coverage compared to an annual membership.

REFUND POLICY
We work hard to provide the best and safest experience possible for our competitors.
As you are aware there are significant costs that come with event organising in Australia.
We will do our best to work with you with circumstances beyond everyones control.
However we must adhere to our refund policy below:
Greater than 14 days notice
Refund 80% of entry fee minus $20 Admin Fee.
7 - 14 days notice
Refund 60% of entry fee minus $20 Admin Fee.
Less than 7 days notice
No refund available
Event Cancelation
If an act of god or event beyond our control should force us to cancel an event, such as but not limited too, a forecast of over 100mm of rain, just for a random example, we will do our very best to reschedule the event. If this is not possible then 100% of entry fee's will be eligible to be credited to our next event or we can offer a 60% refund if this is preferred. Please appreciate that if an event does not go ahead there are still expenses that need to be covered and many many many hours of organising to be accounted for.
