Meeting at The Dorset Hotel, Join Race Director Peter and special geusts for a gentle stretch of the legs.

2:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Registration at the Derby Town Hall.
Aid station 1 and or 3 Drop Bags to be delievered.
Bottles for bottle drop 1,2,3 and or 4 to be delievered.

Firday Afternoon Q & A Panel at the Dorset Hotel From 4pm.

4:00 pm to 5:00 pm:
Join Courtney Sherwell & Brendon ‘Trekky’ Johnston share with us what it takes to participate in the biggest off road race series in the world - The Lifetime Grand Prix.

5:00 pm to 6:00 pm:
World Premiere of Scott Bowden's 'Across Home Ground' film, brought to you by Giant Bicycles Australia. This will be followed by a short Q & A with Scott about his non-stop journey across Tasmania. 

SATURDAY - June 20th 2026

6:00 am - Late Registration Open.
6:45 am - Long Course Registration CLOSES.

7 AM - Main Street, Derby Road closes from Mutual road 
to the Derby Town Hall. Please be parked at the 
trailhead car park before Closure.

7:30 am - Long Course Women mass start.
8:00 am - Long Course Mens mass start.
8:10 am - Short Course Women  Masst Start.
8:15 am - Short Course Mens Mass Start.

3:30 pm -  Race Course Closes at Branxholm Finish Line.

4:00pm- 5:30pm - Presentations  at the Dorset Hotel.

5:30pm - First sitting at the Dorset Hotel begins and 
so does the party!
